從長江到未來
時代的進(jìn)步,文化、科技、人文的發(fā)現(xiàn)和發(fā)展,不斷賦予長江文化以更加豐富、新穎、多彩和多元的內(nèi)涵。第四屆"長江·未來"公益海報設(shè)計邀請展以“從長江·到未來”為主題,鼓勵設(shè)計師發(fā)現(xiàn)和汲取長江文化的嶄新內(nèi)涵,積極運(yùn)用新理念、新視角、新技術(shù),從作品立意、表達(dá)方式、溝通媒介等方面開展創(chuàng)新性設(shè)計,生動呈現(xiàn)長江文化的當(dāng)代意義和價值。
征集內(nèi)容
(1)靜態(tài)海報作品類
①創(chuàng)作方向:
文化傳承維度:以長江流域豐富的文化遺產(chǎn)為創(chuàng)作源泉,包括歷史建筑、傳統(tǒng)技藝、民俗風(fēng)情、非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)等,通過現(xiàn)代設(shè)計語言展現(xiàn)長江文化的深厚底蘊(yùn)。
藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)維度:從長江流域的詩詞歌賦、藝術(shù)繪畫、音樂曲藝等文藝作品中汲取靈感,對經(jīng)典語句、場景、意象進(jìn)行視覺化再創(chuàng)作。
時代發(fā)展維度:圍繞長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶發(fā)展、生態(tài)保護(hù)、科技創(chuàng)新、文化繁榮等新時代主題,展現(xiàn)長江國家文化公園建設(shè)成果和未來發(fā)展愿景。

(2)文創(chuàng)設(shè)計作品類
①產(chǎn)品類別:
文化辦公用品:筆記本、便簽本、筆類、文件夾、書簽、文具套裝等,要求將長江文化元素與實(shí)用功能有機(jī)結(jié)合;
家居生活用品:冰箱貼、馬克杯、餐具茶具、抱枕靠墊、地毯、裝飾畫、家居擺件等,體現(xiàn)“長江文化進(jìn)家居”的理念;
時尚配飾產(chǎn)品:項(xiàng)鏈、手鏈、耳環(huán)、胸針、手表帶、絲巾等,融合長江文化符號與時尚設(shè)計;
創(chuàng)意禮品玩具:拼圖、積木、手辦模型、特色禮品盒、文創(chuàng)盲盒等,面向不同年齡段開發(fā)具有趣味性和收藏價值的產(chǎn)品。
②提交要求:
提供產(chǎn)品設(shè)計效果圖或?qū)嵨镎掌ǘ嘟嵌日故荆?/span>
包含產(chǎn)品尺寸、材質(zhì)、工藝等說明
需提交應(yīng)用場景展示圖(3-5張)
文件夾打包命名為:"作品名稱-作者姓名-國家-地區(qū)"
(3)數(shù)字體驗(yàn)作品類
①動態(tài)視頻海報
格式要求:MP4格式,分辨率1920×1080以上,時長15-30秒
內(nèi)容特色:運(yùn)用動態(tài)圖形、動畫特效等手法,增強(qiáng)海報的視覺沖擊力和敘事能力
技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):文件大小不超過100MB,幀率25-30fps
②數(shù)字文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品
AR增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)產(chǎn)品:開發(fā)具有AR交互功能的文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品,通過掃描觸發(fā)數(shù)字內(nèi)容;
數(shù)字收藏品:基于區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的數(shù)字藝術(shù)品,需提供展示demo和技術(shù)說明;
智能交互產(chǎn)品:結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品,具備APP控制或網(wǎng)絡(luò)交互功能。
③數(shù)字藝術(shù)裝置
沉浸式互動裝置:適合展覽現(xiàn)場部署的大型交互裝置,需提供技術(shù)方案和空間要求;
數(shù)據(jù)可視化作品:將長江文化數(shù)據(jù)、生態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)等轉(zhuǎn)化為具有藝術(shù)性的可視化作品;
虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)體驗(yàn):開發(fā)VR/AR沉浸式體驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目,展現(xiàn)長江文化的數(shù)字創(chuàng)新表達(dá)。
④交互媒體作品
網(wǎng)頁交互海報:支持在線交互的響應(yīng)式海報作品;
移動端互動作品:針對手機(jī)等移動設(shè)備優(yōu)化的交互式公益海報;
生成藝術(shù)項(xiàng)目:運(yùn)用算法實(shí)時生成的藝術(shù)作品,體現(xiàn)科技與藝術(shù)的融合。
⑤數(shù)字作品統(tǒng)一要求:
提供作品演示視頻(2分鐘內(nèi))
注明運(yùn)行環(huán)境要求(硬件配置、軟件依賴等)

注意事項(xiàng):
同一作者可同時參加多個類別,每類別提交作品不超過3件;
系列作品按一件計算,需明確標(biāo)注作品數(shù)量;
團(tuán)隊(duì)作品需列明所有成員信息并指定一名聯(lián)系人;
往屆獲獎作品不得重復(fù)參賽。

1、每位參展作者均可獲贈本次活動的作品集一本。
2、主辦方向入展作者頒發(fā)證書;凡組織15人以上的院校機(jī)構(gòu)或指導(dǎo)教師有機(jī)會獲頒優(yōu)秀組織獎、優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師證書。
3、部分作品將由主辦方制作相關(guān)衍生品。
送件要求
1、所有參展作品內(nèi)容需要符合主題規(guī)定,作品必須是作者本人設(shè)計的原創(chuàng)作品,凡有抄襲行為和侵犯著作權(quán)、肖像權(quán)的作品,主辦單位將取消其參展資格,由本人自負(fù)法律責(zé)任。
2、參展作品需體現(xiàn)豐富的長江文化,要求作品富有美感、內(nèi)涵和時代感,具有高水平的藝術(shù)感染力。
3、組織方有權(quán)將入選作品用于相關(guān)宣傳、展覽、收藏等商業(yè)使用的權(quán)利。
4、凡投稿者,均視為同意并遵守以上各條規(guī)定。

The progress of the times,the discovery and development of culture,technology,and humanities,constantly endow the Yangtze River culture with richer,more novel,colorful,and diverse connotations.The 4th"Yangtze River Future"Public Welfare Poster Design Invitational Exhibition,with the theme of"From the Yangtze River to the Future",encourages designers to discover and draw on the new connotations of Yangtze River culture,actively use new concepts,perspectives,and technologies,and carry out innovative designs in terms of work intention,expression methods,communication media,etc.,vividly presenting the contemporary significance and value of Yangtze River culture.
Solicitation Contents
(1)Static poster works category
①Creative direction:
Cultural Inheritance Dimension:Taking the rich cultural heritage of the Yangtze River Basin as the source of creation,including historical buildings,traditional crafts,folk customs,intangible cultural heritage,etc.,showcasing the profound cultural heritage of the Yangtze River through modern design language.
Artistic expression dimension:Drawing inspiration from literary and artistic works such as poetry,art paintings,music,and folk arts in the Yangtze River Basin,visually recreating classic phrases,scenes,and imagery.
Dimension of Era Development:Centered around new era themes such as the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,ecological protection,technological innovation,and cultural prosperity,showcasing the achievements of the construction of the Yangtze River National Cultural Park and its future development vision.

Format requirements:MP4 format,resolution above 1920×1080,duration 15-30 seconds
Content features:Using dynamic graphics,animation special effects and other techniques to enhance the visual impact and narrative ability of posters

②Digital cultural and creative products
AR augmented reality products:Develop cultural and creative products with AR interactive functions,triggering digital content through scanning;
Digital collectibles:Digital artworks based on blockchain technology,requiring display demos and technical specifications;
Intelligent interactive products:cultural and creative products that combine IoT technology,with APP control or network interaction functions.
③Digital Art Installation
Immersive interactive device:a large-scale interactive device suitable for deployment on exhibition sites,requiring technical solutions and space requirements;
Data visualization works:Transform Yangtze River cultural data,ecological data,etc.into artistic visualization works;
Virtual Reality Experience:Develop VR/AR immersive experience projects to showcase the digital innovative expression of Yangtze River culture.
④Interactive media works
Web interactive poster:a responsive poster work that supports online interaction;
Mobile interactive works:Interactive public welfare posters optimized for mobile devices such as smartphones;
Generating art projects:using algorithms to generate art works in real-time,reflecting the integration of technology and art.
⑤Unified requirements for digital works:
Provide a demonstration video of the work(within 2 minutes)
Specify the operating environment requirements(hardware configuration,software dependencies,etc.)
If special equipment display is required,please communicate with the organizing committee in advance
Ensure the stability and compatibility of the work

Notes:
The same author can participate in multiple categories simultaneously,with no more than 3 submissions per category;
The series of works should be counted as one piece,and the number of works should be clearly marked;
Team works must list all member information and designate a contact person;
Previous award-winning works are not allowed to participate in the competition again.

Treatment for Authors
1.Each exhibitor will be given a collection of works of this activity.
2.The host unit will issue certificates to the authors whose works are selected for exhibition.Any institution of higher education or instructors that organizes more than 15 people will have the opportunity to be awarded the Excellent Organization Award and the Excellent Instructor Certificate.
3.Some works will be used by the host unit to produce related derivatives.
Requirements for Submission
1.The content of all exhibited works shall comply with the theme regulations.The works must be original works designed by the authors themselves.For any works with plagiarism or infringement of copyright and portrait rights,the host unit will cancel their exhibition qualifications,and the authors shall bear the legal responsibilities themselves.
2.The exhibited works shall reflect the rich Yangtze River culture.The works are required to be aesthetically pleasing,rich in connotation and with a sense of the times,and possess a high level of artistic appeal.
3.The organizer has the right to use the selected works for relevant publicity,exhibitions,collections and other commercial uses.
4.All contributors shall be deemed to agree to and abide by the above regulations.
5.The host unit will organize special appraisals and conduct strict checks.
