7參展時(shí)間與撤展安排?參展準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間：所有參展作品必須在2026年5月28日完成安裝調(diào)試，并進(jìn)行最終確認(rèn)。請(qǐng)確保您的作品按時(shí)到達(dá)，并做好現(xiàn)場準(zhǔn)備。?展覽時(shí)間：2026年5月30日—2026年8月02日?撤展時(shí)間：展覽結(jié)束后，撤展時(shí)間為2026年8月03日。作品需在指定時(shí)間內(nèi)拆除和取回。

11展覽成果入選作品將有機(jī)會(huì)在廣西師范大學(xué)美術(shù)出版社美術(shù)館進(jìn)行線下展覽，并向公眾展示。創(chuàng)作者將獲得參展證書。所有入選作品將由知名出版機(jī)構(gòu)廣西師范大學(xué)出版社集結(jié)成冊(cè)、正式出版，進(jìn)行公開發(fā)行。

We invite you to submit the following types of digital media artworks(but not limited to):
?Interactive art,motion graphics and video art,sound art and digital audio,immersive art(VR and AR),AI art,generative art,data visualization,net art,light and shadow art,video game art,etc.The artwork must align with the format of new media art exhibitions and demonstrate both innovation and technicality in digital art.We welcome creative cross-disciplinary attempts,aiming to deepen the integration of art and technology.Submission Documents Requirements:New media art submissions must include exhibition requirements,technical explanations,and a demonstration video.

Artwork Display and Setup RequirementsTo ensure your work is displayed in the best possible way,please refer to the following exhibition preparation guidelines:
Exhibition Setup and Display Details:
?Booth setup:We will provide a standardized exhibition space and ensure enough room for each artist to display their work.If your work requires specific display stands or backgrounds(such as frames,supports,display racks,etc.),please inform us during the confirmation process.
?Screen and Projection Setup:For dynamic or video works,we will provide suitable screens or projection equipment.Artists can choose to display their works on screens or project them.Please ensure your artwork’s dimensions match the display equipment.
?Interactive Design:If your work includes interactive design,please prepare the necessary hardware,such as touch screens,sensors,and operation instructions,ensuring the interaction runs smoothly.The organizers will provide basic technical support,but we recommend performing on-site testing and adjustments.
Artwork Description and Labels:
?Each artwork will be accompanied by a label at the exhibition,including the title,author,creation year,and a brief description.Please ensure that you submit a short text description along with your work,explaining the creative background,concept,and technical details.
Equipment Debugging and Testing:
?All artworks will undergo on-site debugging and testing before the exhibition opens.The exhibition team will provide debugging time on the May 28,2026.Our technical team will assist in ensuring the display equipment and artwork run smoothly.
On-site Technical Support:
?During the exhibition,the technical team will provide real-time technical support to assist with any equipment malfunctions,adjustments,etc.If your work requires special operation or regular checks,feel free to ask the technical staff for help.
Exhibition and Dismantling Schedule?Installation and Setup Time:All works must be installed and tested by May 28,2026,for final confirmation.Please ensure that your artwork arrives on time and is prepared for on-site installation.

Evaluation Process:
The selection committee is composed of experts from the fields of art and new media both domestically and internationally(to be announced later).
The results will be published on relevant media platforms.Non-selected submissions will not be individually notified.

Guangxi Normal University Press Art Museum
Exhibition Outcomes:
Selected works will be exhibited at the Guangxi Normal University Press Art Museum and presented to the public,with certificates of participation awarded to all selected artists.
All selected works will be compiled by the authoritative publishing organization Guangxi Normal University Press into a book for public distribution.
